good progression

Well things are progressing nicely, now level 27 and half way to 28, been burning through instances like they were nothing lol. Level 20 was a love/hate time because I got ghost wolf and healing stream totem but the quest to get the totem was murder. However, in the end it was well worth it because at the time I was still running WC to get some more items from there and starting on SFK and the totems made the encounters laughable I was able to do both the end boss and the special end boss in WC consistently without any deaths after that (usually had atleast one death on everliving). It also allowed me to pull several groups of elites at a time and just melee them down, pretty much removing all downtime (which there wasnt much of to begin with). Only time I ever had issues was one bad pull in SFK because I forgot wailing gaurdsmen AoE silence and I agroed several of them before I could prep lol.

After outleveling both WC and SFK (which didnt take long) I moved over to BFD which I must say I enjoyed a lot. It was also amusing because this was my first trip into a contested territory as well as my first gank attempt, I have concluded that the two alliance that attacked me did not notice how many of me there were; needless to say it ended before it began and was quite funny. I got BFD almost down to an art form and full cleared it, one shotting every boss. Got that instance down to less than 45min per full clear. It started to annoy me though because the 2 end bosses had awsome loot that I wanted but rarely dropped it and the all the other bosses had crap so after getting a level or two I moved on to RFK. It has been a long time since Ive done RFK and I must say I had forgotten how much I hated that stupid instance. Granted after one mistake I rolled right on through and im still another level away before I can complete the quest I got from there. So after two runs of that I figured Id try SM:graveyard, that didnt go well at all sadly, the inquisitor boss kicked my ass pretty good (being an elite 4 levels above me that is not completely surprising) and by that time I called it a night. Guess it is back to RFK for a little while since I hate gnomeragan almost as much as I hate RFK but rfk is easier to get to lol.

back in action

Well after an unfortunate break for the holidays where I was hoping to get a lot done in WoW family life and other crap got in the way, so last night I jumped back in and went from lvl 12-15 by running RFC, thanks to various server crashes and RL interuptions I was unable to clear past the first boss each run so tonight I plan to begin full clears of that instance after running around and picking up some quests I am lacking from there. Still having a lot of fun and had to rewrite healing macros again, but this time Ive definately got it right for now.

The PewPew squad is offically born

Well I finally got enough things together to start playing on them. Still a lot that I have to get used to and setup right before I can do instances but I got them to lvl 8 in one night after a few more hours of setup and adjustments. :) Here is a print screen from my computer showing the setup. I must say this is an absolute blast! and it draws a LOT of attention lol, over the course of around 5 hours last night I almost always had atleast 2 people following me haha, most people were amazed or humored at what I was doing. :)

And so it begins...

Well Ive been playing WoW for a couple years now (since release) and its been a lot of fun but Ive always wanted to do something more, the macros and scripting and addons all allowed for the posibility of something much more intense and Ive been a fan of multiboxing other games for a while in order to work towards a goal or whatever. So I did some poking around and came across a great dual boxing site and I was hooked. Currently I am still in the planning phases but most everything is in place to begin my journey as 5 elemental shamans through the ranks. I will be running 5 instances of WoW from one computer, the specs are:

Intel E6320 Core2 Duo
4GB DDR2 PC7200 memory
windows xp pro (so only3gb really)
2 250GB SATAII hard drives to spread out the load
Nvidia 8800 GTS video card
dual 22" widescreen LCD monitors
G15 keyboard
logitech MX3000 wireless mouse
nostromo n52 gamepad
logitech Z620 speaker system

I did some 2box testing last night to see how the macros and addons I was planning to use would work out and it went very nicely. I am currently writing out more advanced macros for when I get further down the line so I dont have to stop playing to do things so hopefuly I will be going full steam ahead soon. My end goal is to 5box all 5man instances in the current release of the game and as many heroics as I can so stay tuned for updates I guess :)
